Located on the end of Clippership Drive, it is just a fast walk to a private community beach access and you even have a private swimming pool (open from Easter - October)! There is also an outdoor cooking space with a constructed-in gas grille, sink, and drink refrigerator. Cool down with a dip at the pool and then prepare lunch al fresco while you dine at the outdoor kitchen bar area. In the evenings, enjoy corn hole in the side yard or when it is chillier, build a nice blaze in the fire pit and enjoy the sunset. Firewood, lighters, and fire starters are not supplied. Inside, you will find 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and plenty of space to relax.

The open kitchen/dining and living room space offers plenty of natural light and refreshed details to enhance your culinary experience. The modern kitchen provides updated appliances, elevated finishes, and everything you need to make a ideal seafood meal! There is even a modest beverage refrigerator and bar area to make winding down a breeze. Upstairs, you will also find a den area for movie nighttime!

Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
