When you come to the beach you want to relax. This home will accommodate all you your needs to do just that. The entire 3rd level of this home is set up with an all open space for your group to be together and be part of every conversation while appreciating each other and the marvelous vistas. Or carry part of the group down to the 1st level family room with a wet bar and refrigerator and watch your ideal movie or plug in your gaming system. The 3rd level outside decking is partly covered for those who what to be outside but shaded and partly open for those who what to sunbath.
