Coffee lovers will savor having their choice of a Nespresso Vertuo or Keurig/drip coffeemaker ensuring you can appreciate your favorite brew just the way you like it. This property also features a private floating dock with deep-water access (Boat lift is not available for guests' use). You can dock your boat, launch a kayak, paddleboard, fish, or simply relax and float in the afternoon sun. Additionally, a fish cleaning station is located on the dock to help you prep your catch for dinner at either the gas or charcoal grille.
