Fins & Skins, a enormous, privately owned, Canal home located on the East end of the island. Interior amenities include WIFI, washer, dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, central heating & air, 3 color cable TVs, DVD player, ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include outside shower, screened porch, sundeck, covered porch, dock. The 3rd bathroom for this property is located downstairs and is not accessible through the home. (You must go outside to access this bathroom). Nightly units require a departure maid service. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NON PET FRIENDLY*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING. OWNER DOES NOT ALLOW USE OF FIRE PIT OR PERMANENT GRILL.

Sunset Beach is home to this vacation home. Sunset River Marketplace and Museum of Coastal Carolina are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Cherry Grove Pier and Rees Jones Golf Course. Ingram Planetarium and Tribal Island are also worth visiting.

Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
Inspect the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
