This home and yard are cavernous and fun. There is over 1500 sq ft inside and a sizable fenced in back yard with a new enormous deck. The kitchen and dining room is freshly modernized. Everyone has room to relax and play inside and out, including kids and dogs. It is in a peaceful neighborhood with nice neighbors. Close to beaches, eateries, and downtown activities. Unwind back at home with a fun selection of family games. Don't forget about the Fireplace in the game room and soon to be added, smokeless firepit off the back patio. More amenities are being added every season. You won't beat our prices for a comparable place. Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
To get the most suitable vacation home within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
