Sunrise in your Slippers" is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo located at Timbercreek. The vistas are spectacular from the main living area, master bedroom, screen porch and deck. We are literally steps away from the marsh with it right in your own back yard! The screen porch is one of our favorites, which is off of the living room. The master suite has a king size bed with it's own private deck with a view. It is just ideal for your morning coffee. The guest bedroom consists of 2 twin beds and a bath. Our simple, cozy home is just the right place for your calming vacation! There is also a community pool for your usage. We have plenty of beach gear and 2-4 passenger carts.

Located in Bald Head Island, this condo is near the beach. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport and Bald Head Island Information Center. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

How to get the best value:

• In the Carolina Beach area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. Reserving your vacation property up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
• To book the best vacation home for your budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a special rate.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. • Some rentals allow pets, but others do not. Acceptable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask the property manager about your furry family members before booking.
• Are you visiting for a single event or attraction? Try a map search to find nearby rentals.
• Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are included before booking.

During your stay:

• Take a copy of the host's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental home. Put the host's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
