About our home: 3br/3ba with sizable entertaining room plus porch and 4 season reading room. Sleeps 6 but we do have a blow up bed for any last min. visitors. Within the last year, we have upgraded the home to have hardwoods thru out the whole home, added an all new suite of appliances, modern living room furnishings by Sareid, a little art, a new six passenger golf cart and new paint. This is a very comfortable home near everything and ideal for the family get together and vacation.

Getting the most from your rental budget:

Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds in living rooms. You'll need to establish which bed configuration is right for your vacation group.
• Some rental properties allow pets, and others don't. Allowable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask your host about allowable breeds and types before booking.
• If there's a certain Carolina Beach beach you simply love, search for rentals that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
