Weathertree by the Sea! 2 Bedroom/2 Full Bath plus twin pull-out Couch off the Carolina Beach Boardwalk in a Gated Community with covered parking & elevator, pool, private beach access, right in the center of everything but private. All amenities of home have been included! Sorry no family pets. Please don’t ask. Thank you!

Elevator in building. Entire beach front condo, 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, entirely equipped with washer/dryer & gated parking spaces (2-first come, first serve) under the building with parking passes supplied. $100 fee for lost or not-returned parking passes. NO FAMILY PETS

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is near the beach. Federal Point History Center and Ocean Front Park are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting.

When to visit & When to book:

Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Summer months are the most expensive season in Carolina Beach. To find the most suitable rental home for your budget, we recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities.
• Some property managers offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
• Property managers usually offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses.
