Located just south of the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and a short walk from the famed Ocean Grille Tiki Bar and Carolina Beach Greenway, this two bedroom, two bathroom condo in the Salty Hammocks complex is in the ideal location to relax and relax.

Nearly everything in this unit is brand new and you can see the ocean from nearly every room!! The view from the main living space is literally floor to ceiling with the upsized 3 pane sliding door connecting you to the ocean. The main bedroom suite has pretty feature wall with a impressive king size platform bed and adjoining full bathroom complete with tub and shower. The second bedroom has an adult size/adult rated full over full bunk arrangement with its own balcony on the west side of the unit. It also features a twin size trundle bed for additional sleeping arrangements for kids.

Since it is so close to the water and on the 3rd floor, the ocean is literally all you can see through the front windows making you feel like you are one with the sea. The stove faces the beach so you can watch the waves while you prepare. The ocean facing deck is bigger than most condos and it is covered which is a rare find for top floor units.
