Your Holden Beach vacation will be the Cat's Meow when you stay in this handsome 6-bedroom oceanfront duplex with interconnecting doors! This home has two of nearly everything! It is ideal for a big family who likes to be together but still have their own private space. Feel the luxury of the oceanside pool. Appreciate the spectacular unobstructed vistas from the broad top and bottom oceanfront decks, as well as an additional deck with an outdoor shower that extends out onto the dunes. This is such a unique and impressive home.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

  • To get the best value, shift your vacation to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer great temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic.   • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.   • Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental while you are away, just like you would at home.
  • Double-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent feedback to propel more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review.
