Starting in 2025, "Making Memories" should accommodate up to 28 guests.

Located in the esteemed gated community of Holden Beach West, you will enjoy the huge oceanside swimming pool, featuring a separate, round sitting pool, surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for shade. You will have your toes in the sand in just a matter of mins. using your private beach boardwalk. After your day on the beach wash away the sand and sea in the private outdoor shower, complete with hot & cold water. For added convenience, you will enjoy the 7th bathroom, located on the ground level near the pool. Bedroom #4 (aka Shark) is a Master Suite located on the 2nd floor, and is complete with a King bed and a Twin bed with a Twin trundle, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and a private bath with a walk-in shower, separate jetted tub and double vanity. Bedroom #5 (aka Seagull) is located on the 2nd floor, and is complete with a Queen bed and a Twin bed with a Twin trundle, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and a private bath with tub/shower combo. For your convenience, on the 2nd floor you will discover a cozy second living area with a couch and chair, and desk/office space.

Outdoor amenities are generally available each year from April through October and include the swimming pool, grille, outdoor shower, outdoor furnishings and umbrellas. Pool heating is not available for this home. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units.
