This apartment includes private, complimentary, off-street parking, your own private entrance, a porch, and water cooler. Send us a message today to know what places around town the locals appreciate to go to!

During your stay, I will be available anytime you need me.

Safe neighbourhood close to Downtown and the famed historic district.

Guests can access the entire apartment, the porch, the backyard/parking area, and the driveway.

The space includes a private, one bedroom apartment, a shared porch with seating, a enormous parking area, and a picnic table!

There are public buses and ride sharing apps.

This Airbnb is in a downtown city environment. There is potential to hear a variety of noises that are associated with this environment. This includes, but is not limited to, high volume of foot traffic in the neighborhood, and noises from cars/trains/busses. Please note its an older triplex home, so normal wear and tear should be expected. Please consider this upon booking!

We have not had any instances regarding the safety of our guests but please note that apartment is located in an up and coming neighbourhood. We will not allow a cancelation after arrival due to the area looking "unsafe". It is a diverse neighbourhood, not dangerous, not illegal, but do expect different ethnicities living around the home.

Please note that the road the apartment is located off of is a highly traveled road. There is minimal road noise once you are inside the apartment, except for the occasional train (that only lasts about 5-10 min.). Also please be aware that when it rains, the driveway may contain puddles. We have tried to remedy this issue the best that we can, but please make sure to be cautious of the puddles when in the parking lot. When it rains, mother nature's animals may be seen at the property. Please note that you may see more birds, squirrels, and bugs that these animals eat (such as caterpillars, mosquitoes, earthworms, dragonflies, waterbugs, and ants). These animals are harmless, as they are just existing and surviving like other living creatures! The apartment is located in a triplex; however, your neighbors will be other Airbnb guests!

How to find the best Wilmington rental experience:

Find your perfect vacation home:

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Book your Carolina Beach rental property in Fall or Spring to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Booking websites typically offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for specifics.
  • Many rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Carolina Beach area visitor guides which include special offers, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Carolina Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

How to select the perfect rental home in Wilmington:

  • Begin by selecting your vacation dates and a max budget.
  • Determine how many beds and the bed configuration your family needs. This apartment is a 1 bedroom(s), 1 bathrooms, located in Wilmington, NC. has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
  • Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is normally accessible online. If not, email the property manager before you book the rental. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds and bunks.
  • Remember to include your furry companions! Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your rental agreement! Extra fees or may be applied to your agreement.
  • If there's an individual Carolina Beach destination you are crazy about, look for homes that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.

More tips for your visit:

  • Add the host's contact info to your smartphone. Understand and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, intercom or thermostat. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents many problems.
  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home while you are out, just like you would back home.
  • Record any damages to the rental at check in, and immediately contact the host. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are very helpful if damages are attributed to your stay.
  • Be respectful. Often times, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your family have a excellent time? Many rental managers make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental and/or host was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
