This uniquely and newly refreshed one bedroom, one bathroom condo set in the heart of Historic Wilmington, NC has everything you need for the ideal extended stay. This condo is located in a gorgeous, friendly, peaceful & safe community just one block from the freshly remodeled mall, seconds away from O2 exercise Gym, 10 mins from Downtown and 15 mins from Wrightsville beach! A ideal space if you work from home.
In the bedroom you find a king size, Lull therapeutic bed for the most calming sleep. Minimal, Mid-century decor in the roomy & comfortable living room that is also equipped with a 65 inch tv. A freshly modernized & chic bathroom and a chic, white, retro kitchen with brand new appliances.

HOME RULES: By accepting this reservation you agree to abide by all home rules:

* You must be at least 25 years old to book and it is required to have a photo ID uploaded to your account and a picture of it sent to the host.
* All instant bookings must contact the owner within 48 hours to verify age with a valid photo ID & total number of guests.
* Booking event must be present at the time of check in, no third event bookings allowed.
* 2 people max
* No family pets + No smoking - If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and asked to leave.
