You're just steps away from all of the great eateries, stores, and bars downtown, and you've got some of the best vistas of the Cape Fear River. The main living areas are open concept and center around a huge patio door accepting tons of natural light and elegant vistas. The kitchen has been refreshed with solid surface counters and stainless steel appliances. You'll be able to sit at the peninsula to savor a meal, or dine outside on the balcony to make the most of the river vistas. The modernized bathroom has a walk in shower and plenty of vanity space. In the bedroom, there's a queen size bed and storage for your personal items.
