Ideal for the couple looking to get away in style for a week or long weekend, or longer! This unit was formerly one of the suites at a bed and breakfast. THE CONDO IS NOT PART OF AN INN OR HOTEL. IT IS AN INDIVIDUALLY OWNED UNIT. This unit has a ground floor entrance with interior staircase up to the second floor. End unit for more privacy. NO FAMILY PETS. NO SMOKING. VERY CLEAN.

Located in Southport, this condo is on the waterfront. Franklin Square Gallery and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Old Brunswick County Jail Museum and Bald Head Island Lighthouse. • Go through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
