Welcome to Candlewick Suite! The convenient location of this condo makes it the ideal spot for you to savor all that Wilmington has to offer - we're a short drive to downtown with all of its eateries and stores as well as only 5 miles to Wrightsville Beach. Our refreshed kitchen offers all the essentials you'd need during your stay, and you'll adore starting your day with a coffee on our peaceful balcony. Parking is supplied during your stay.

You'll appreciate the open layout of the main living spaces. The comfortable living room has plenty of seating space for your group. It opens into the enormous kitchen space with seating at the peninsula and island. The kitchen is entirely supplied with all of the essentials that you'd need to appreciate a home cooked meal during your stay. The two bedrooms each have a queen size bed, and there are two full bathrooms as well. One of the best features of the condo is the balcony where you can enjoy some time outside at the end of your day.

Guests will have access to the entire condo as well as a designated parking spot. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but otherwise everything else is available for use during your stay.

The host will be available through messaging during your stay.

We'll provide information about parking with check in instructions, but there is one designated parking spot for the condo as well as plenty of guest parking options in the complex.

Please be sure to review our cancellation policy prior to making your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance at the time of booking.

About the Area

Devon Park, a neighborhood in Wilmington, is home to this apartment. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach. Jungle Rapids Family Fun Park and Stanley Rehder Carnivorous Plant Garden are also worth visiting.

When to visit & When to book:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Carolina Beach area. Reserving a rental home in the Spring or Fall is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses.   • Are you bringing the family pet? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Additional pet fees or costs applied to your contract.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
