Arranged for a sizable family or two smaller families, should you require more rooms, let us know! The Bluemoon Cottage can be paired up with its sister-property The Sundance Cottage.

Other Things to Note:
1. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit
2. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB
3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.
5. Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A max. of 2 family pets are allowed. ONLY DOGS ARE ACCEPTED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax.
6. Dogs are NOT allowed on the beach from April 1st-September 30th (Wrightsville Beach rule- not ours!)

**All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.

When to visit & When to book:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal NC. To find the best rental home within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Carolina Beach restaurants and activities.
  • In the Carolina Beach area, The earlier you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your rental up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
  • Some property management companies offer promotional rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers frequently offer customers an option to buy trip insurance.
