This suite is located on the first floor with a private balcony overlooking Banks Channel. All condos are gorgeously decorated according to our high standards of both comfort and practicality. Two TVs are included for viewing in both the bedroom and the living area. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom and a Murphy-style queen-size bed in the living room that accepts for a flexible sleeping arrangement in the suite. The interior of the refreshed condo features all the amenities of home. The completely equipped kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, two-burner cooktop and dishwasher. The basic pots and pans are supplied for cooking simple meals. There is a Keurig coffee pot and an ice maker in the refrigerator. This is the ideal location as it is within walking distance to shopping, a wide range of eateries for dining out, and a local grocery store. Once you are here, you can park your car and relax. There is a guest laundry facility located on our second floor.

PARKING at Summer Sands is VERY RESTRICTED. There are parking spaces sufficient to allow ONE car per unit. One parking pass will be issued for the unit. No additional passes can be supplied due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional cars will need to park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI and linens, including all linens + bath towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

DISCLAIMER: The common areas of Summer Sands are equipped with security cameras; this does include the area of the community swimming pool.

Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A max. of 2 family pets are allowed. ONLY DOGS ARE ACCEPTED. The pet fee is $25/nighttime per pet and $200 per pet on stays 8 nights or longer, plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-returnable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet max. policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**Please note: All service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals. **

No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Animals must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.

Cost saving strategies:

  • The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal NC. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
  • Some property managers offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
  • Look for your local visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, visitor guides have coupons for nearby shops and restaurants.

  • Lock your rental home while you're away. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
  • At Check-in, document any issues with the property and immediately contact the owner. Keep records of all coorespondence.
  • Be respectful of your neighbors. Frequently, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations is the right thing to do.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can frequently help. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Upon check-out, take a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on great reviews to stimulate new reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will appreciate that you share your feedback find their best rental home. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to remedy it.
