Plus, you're right down the road from fashionable oceanside eateries like Koko Cabana and Lazy Turtle Bar & Grille.

After arriving on the top floor from your elevator ride, you'll walk into the immaculate main living area, with ocean vistas that will leave you speechless, vaulted ceilings, and high-end finishes throughout the entire space. Outside on the balcony, you'll be greeted by expansive vistas of the Oak Island Pier, multiple coastal bar chairs, and a dining table with seating for up to 8!

The great room features an enormous plush sectional couch to watch your favorite shows and movies with family and friends from the 70" flatscreen TV — along with a gas fireplace, dedicated desk area, and wine refrigerator! The kitchen is just as impressive, with granite countertops, tile backsplash, bespoke cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances, including TWO full-size fridges and a gas range with a griddle. It's comprehensively equipped with everything you need to prepare your most appreciated meals, snacks, and morning coffee. And when you're ready to sit down together, you'll find the ideal bar seating at the massive kitchen island for up to 6 and the pretty dining table for up to 8.

There are two bedrooms on this second floor; the first is the fashonable primary suite boasting a extravagant king-size bed, flatscreen TV, ample closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a humongous walk-in shower with double shower heads. Down the hall, there's a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and an extraordinary monkey-themed guest bedroom featuring bespoke constructed-in bunk beds and a flatscreen TV.

You'll find the remaining bedrooms downstairs, each with huge flatscreen TVs — including a SECOND primary suite with ocean vistas and double sliding glass doors leading out to the lower balcony. This bedroom features a lavish king-size bed, a sizable closet, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and an upsized walk-in shower. Across the hallway, there's another oceanfront bedroom with direct access to the lower balcony, a queen-size bed, and plenty of closet space. This bedroom is connected to a 5th bedroom with two double beds via a cavernous Jack and Jill bathroom boasting a tub/shower combination and dual vanity. Last but certainly not least, the last bedroom has a queen-size bed and is connected to the hallway bathroom featuring a gorgeous walk-in shower and extended vanity.

This floor has direct access to the lower oceanfront balcony, which is one of the most remarkable areas of this property! Watch the famed Oak Island sunrise and sunset over the Atlantic from your own private pool or the many outdoor chairs and benches available! There's even a screened-in porch accessible from this floor on the front side of the home to savor a peaceful moment or two.

Additional amenities include the elevator, an outdoor shower, a picnic table on the ground floor, ample parking space, wireless internet should you need to stay connected, and beach gear (like chairs and a wagon)! How to get the best rental experience:

Finding the best rental value:

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • To get the largest rental within your budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Carolina Beach attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Some hosts offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family.
  • Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.
  • Find a copy of your local Carolina Beach visitors guide magazine when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great articles, visitors guides have money saving offers on nearby accommodations and attractions.

How to choose the best rental in the Carolina Beach area:

  • Start by selecting vacation dates and a maximum budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. \"Monkey Pants\" Spectacular Oceanfront Home. Private Pool&Elevator Near the Pier has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
  • Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is generally accessible online. If not, contact the property manager before reserving the rental. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds. You'll need to establish what bed configuration is right for your group.
  • Some rentals allow pets, and others don't. Acceptable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask the property management company about allowable breeds and types before booking.
  • Is your family looking for unique amenities? Most websites include amenity lists and search filters. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.

Tips to have a fantastic stay:

  • Take a copy of the property manager's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your . Store the host's information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, stereo or coffee maker. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents quite a few issues.
  • Protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are away, just like you would at home.
  • To ensure that damages aren't attributed to your family's visit, inspect for any problem areas when you arrive. Contact the host right away to report any issues. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be valuable.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious vacationers disrupting your life at home. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and attractions you would've not otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on great ratings to compel new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will will be grateful for your review find their best vacation home. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
