Sensational Oceanfront two bedroom Condo in Carolina Beach. This unit is located on the first floor of the complex and offers all the basic amenities. Appreciate a full size, newly refreshed kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher and complimentary WiFi. There is a cavernous deck that has impressive vistas of the ocean and a community standard size swimming pool open Mid-May through Mid-September (dates are determined by the HOA). You will be just a short walk to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk with stores and dining. We also have other units in the complex if you have bigger groups and want to keep everybody in the same area!

***Parking*** Parking is unassigned for 1 car (No Oversized Vehicles)(ask Reservationists for details) Unfortunately, We do not have an alternative for additional parking. Please contact the Town of Carolina Beach regarding parking for additional cars in Town tons. Most Town parking is paid parking and many tons/spaces, do not allow for overnight parking. No Boats, Trailers, Campers etc. Accepted. There is a specific bay under the building where you will be able to park. You may be required to block someone in or vice versa. Everyone is required to display a pass with their contact information and the unit they are staying in, in the instance this happens so you are able to communicate. Sizable upsized trucks and SUV's may be difficult to park under this building. Parking is limited to 1 space.

As of April 15, 2025 the pool is open for the season.

*Golf Cart: HOA will allow a Golf Cart; however, you cannot charge the cart on the premises. There is no designated parking space for golf cart - must not block in cars (by the pool may be the best option).

  • Property management companies sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your group.
  • Booking websites frequently offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Lock your rental while you're out and about. Keep your property safe!
  • Just before checking out, complete a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Leave feedback! Property managers rely on great ratings to drive new bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will be thankful you shared your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
