Shalom Y'all! This oceanfront home has a roomy, open floor plan with an elevator. Charmingly furnished with five bedrooms (3K, 1Q, 5T), four and 1/2 baths, a newly refreshed, over-the top kitchen with a gourmet wolf stove, pantry, enormous dining area, and wet bar. Charming oceanside wall of sliding glass doors and LVP floor throughout. This home is the ideal sunspot to share with family and friends! The oceanside-covered porch upstairs is awesome for calming while the huge partially covered deck downstairs has an additional-sizable hot tub that lets you appreciate sun or shade! After a day of sun, sand, and saltwater, wash it all away in the enclosed outside shower.

The home provides a 3 floor residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and bags up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules. An EV charger is located in the far right carport area.

In order to properly prepare your home, early check-ins/late check-outs are not available, so plan to check-in at 4:00 PM so as not to miss a min. of surf and sand! Two grilles are supplied, one gas and one charcoal. Your heaven awaits!

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to visit & When to book:

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Holden Beach. To get the best value, consider shifting your family's Carolina Beach trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer warm weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic.
  • Some owners offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.

  • Note any damages to the rental during check in, and immediately contact the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are very helpful if a dispute is filed.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud vacationers disrupting your home life. Use the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and attractions you would have not otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to confirm you haven't leave anything behind. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your family have a excellent stay? Most rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
