This roomy one bedroom, one bath, second floor vacation rental includes a king bed and 1100 square feet of living space. It is a mile from Sunset Beach and between Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC. The villa overlooks the breathtaking Maples course--one of three signature golf courses at Sea Trail Resort.

Unwind in comfort in the huge living room with a flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The screened porch is accessible from the living room and bedroom. Sprawl out on the king size bed and savor not only the view but your favorite TV shows also.

The unit is completely equipped with dishes, pots, pans and complimentary spices. Take advantage of the enormous laundry room with washer and dryer to avoid packing tons of clothing! The freshly refreshed bathroom offers space galore. Savor the cavernous dining area or snack at the bar – stools supplied.

About the Area

Located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, this condo is next to a golf course and by the sea. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Sunset River Marketplace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Rees Jones Golf Course and Willard Byrd Golf Course. Ingram Planetarium and Tribal Island are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to book a Carolina Beach rental & When to go:

• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Carolina Beach area. Reserve your vacation in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
• Some hosts offer promotional rates for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your group before you book.
• Booking websites frequently offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.
