When to visit Carolina Beach & When to book:

  • June, July, and August are high season in Carolina Beach. To get the most suitable vacation home for your budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • In the Carolina Beach area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.

  • Re-check the property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings at check-out. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
