Two-story, oceanfront home on East Beach bespoke-constructed by Moffitt Construction in 2020 that sleeps up to 15 people. The home offers visitors four TV's with basic cable and high-speed wireless internet. The enormous oceanfront decks are accessible from each of the king bedrooms. Other outdoor amenities include a hot and cold outside shower and direct beach access. The home also features an open living area, an eat-in kitchen that seats eight (total seating for 15 including the dining area). The home is right across the street from Pepperoni Grille and walking distance to the splash pad, Middleton Park recreational fields, skate park, Publix supermarket and eateries. Nightly units are available with a three-nighttime minimum. Also available for off-season monthly units.

About the Area

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Smith Island Museum of History and Franklin Square Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport. Traveling with kids? Consider North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Magic Mountain Fun Park. Getting the most from your rental budget:

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies typically offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.

  • When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a wonderful vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear about it.
