Upon entering the main floor, you'll discover four gorgeously appointed bedrooms, each accompanied by its own opulent full bathroom. The first bedroom on the main floor, is suited with 2 queen beds, offering enchanting vistas of the shimmering pool, and jack and jill ensuite bathroom complete with an inviting tub/shower combination. Located on the pool side is the second bedroom, suited with a full/full bunk bed with twin trundle, this bedroom also shares the jack and jill bathroom. Positioned on the serene street side, the third and fourth bedrooms are suited with King-sized beds and private ensuites, walk in shower.

Ascend to the top floor, where two additional bedrooms and half bathroom await alongside the culinary epicenter of the home: the gourmet kitchen and gracious dining/living room area. Indulge in a completely outfitted haven designed to cater to every guest's want! Immerse yourself in culinary delights with an broad array of kitchen amenities, from essential baking dishes to a sleek blender and a trusty toaster, all complemented by brand new appliances that promise seamless culinary adventures.

The first of these upper-floor retreats is located on the street side, suited with a King-sized bed and a private ensuite tub/shower setup. Located on the street side, the final bedroom features a queen bed.

Beyond the kitchen, guests are treated to an array of additional amenities thoughtfully included for their enjoyment. Dive into beachside bliss with body boards and comfortable beach chairs, shielded from the sun's rays by chic umbrellas.

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

Please inquiry about home events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind for approval.

NO Animals- if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.

Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

The pool is open year round. The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees April 1 - Oct 31 depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump runs and typically the pump does not run at nighttime due to timers.

Cleaning fee will include an upgraded linen package with sheets and towels for all beds, bed making, and an essentials package to get your vacation started. 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, and a trash can liner. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens)

About the Area

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Caswell Beach and 57th Place West Access Park. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to book a Carolina Beach rental & When to go:

• The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved very early. Booking your rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
• To find the most suitable rental home within your budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Owners sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your family.
• Property managers often offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.
• Look for your local visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, travel guide magazines contain money saving offers on local tours, shops, and attractions.

• Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, stereo or kitchen appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents many problems.
• Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are gone, just like you would at home.
• To make sure that no damages are attributed to your family's stay, inspect the rental for any problem areas when you arrive. Speak to the property manager immediately to relay any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having the recorded problems and contact attempts will be helpful.
• Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud visitors disrupting your quiet neighborhood. Practice the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and scenic spots you would've never otherwise known!
• Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
• Re-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all belongings at check-out. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the rental a final time and look for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
• Did your family have a terrific stay? Many rental managers make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
