As you enter the home you are welcomed by an open living room that flows seamlessly to the generously appointed kitchen. Accented by elegant wood floors and relaxing coastal shades of blue, this welcoming living space is really the heart of the home. Whether you are preparing a meal, dining, or calming on the enormous sectional couch - “Retreat Yo’ Self” makes a incredible gathering space for families to share. Take advantage of the private elevator that makes unloading groceries and bags a breeze!

Off the kitchen a staircase will lead you down to the ground level. A gorgeously supplied garage space provides amazing storage for your beach equipment and even offers a few complimentary items for guests to appreciate. There is an in-law suite that is accessed from the garage level of the home. This sleeping area is furnished with a queen-sized bed, and TV.
