As you enter the home you are welcomed by an open living room that flows seamlessly to the gorgeously appointed kitchen. Accented by handsome wood floors and relaxing coastal shades of blue, this welcoming living space is really the heart of the home. Whether you are preparing a meal, dining, or calming on the enormous sectional couch - “Retreat Yo’ Self” makes a fabulous gathering space for families to share. Take advantage of the private elevator that makes unloading groceries and bags a breeze!

Off the kitchen a staircase will lead you down to the ground level. A generously outfitted garage space provides excellent storage for your beach equipment and even offers a few complimentary items for guests to savor. There is an in-law suite that is accessed from the garage level of the home. This sleeping area is furnished with a queen-sized bed, and TV. There is a full bathroom, washer and dryer, as well as access to the fenced backyard. This ground level entrance makes this bedroom ideal for teens or for adults that prefer a bit more privacy.

The upper levels of the home are accessed by a stairwell off the living room. The second living level of this cavernous home features two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom. One guest room is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, T.V., and a sizable closet. Down the hall you will find a sizable bathroom which includes a walk-in shower as well as a shower tub combination. The last bedroom on this living level provides a plush king-sized bed and a private balcony. Retreat at the end of a long day to soak in the last of the sun from your private getaway.

The top floor of this home offers an open sleeping area for junior family members. A twin over twin bunk bed tucked neatly in a corner adds to the versatility of this home and makes a fun accommodation for youngsters. There are also two roll away beds available for the junior crew. Complete with a closet, this thoughtfully planned sleeping area ensures storage space for your guests. There is a full bathroom close by that serves the bunk area and close by bedroom.
