**PROVIDED: WIFI, completely supplied kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach cart are also available for guest use.

Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Keep the property locked while you are out! Don't let burglars ruin your holiday.
  • On check-out day, complete a walk-through to make sure you did not forget anything. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
