4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom beach bungalow on stilts, very conveniently located just across from Ocean Crest Pier and has beautiful ocean vistas and simple beach access! 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 twin bunk beds and a pull out queen couch make this home great for a family vacation. Sleeps 12 total! Outdoor shower with hot water accepts you to keep the home clean of sand for your stay! NOTE: Linens are included starting January 1, 2021!

Sticking to a rental home budget:

  • The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved very early. Booking your rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Oak Island. Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
