The living room is oceanfront with great vistas, and access to the huge oceanfront balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, and there is a full hall bath in the hall. There is a washer/dryer in the closet in the hall bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, a full private bathroom, and a modest street side balcony.

Unwind at the oceanfront community pool right next to the private beach access. Conveniently located on the north end of the island. You are just a short walk away from the freshly modernized, family aligned Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Come make lasting memories in this elegant unit. • In the Carolina Beach area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation property up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
• June, July, and August are high season in Carolina Beach. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
• Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
• Some rental properties allow pets, and some do not. Acceptable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask the property manager about allowable pet guidelines before booking.
