Home on a peaceful street with friendly neighbors right in the center of it all. Downtown Wilmington is located on the Cape Fear River, has great eateries and a lively music scene in the summer. There are two main beaches within 15-20 mins.. Each beach has a different flavor. Open floorplan downstairs between kitchen and great room. Office space just off the entryway has a stand up desk with auxiliary monitor and printer available for use. We also have a fenced in backyard for kids to safely play.

About the Area

Located in Wilmington, this vacation home is in the city center and on a river. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Tregembo Animal Park and Stanley Rehder Carnivorous Plant Garden are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
