The first floor of this home welcomes you into the grandiose entryway with ample space for hanging your belongings. Down the hallway you will find the sizable game room complete with a pool and card table, calming area with two flat screen tv’s, and a convertible garage door that ideally blends indoor and outdoor living. The dining table overlooks the screened porch and the dazzling crystal blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. An ocean front infinity pool and hot tub are located off the screened porch. Spend days relaxing pool side in the sun and evenings grilling out on the deck, soaking in the hot tub, and appreciating the constructed in firepit.

The comfortable gas fireplace makes a marvelous focal point for the living room and is adorned with a coastal blend of shells and driftwood mantel.
