Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Cape Fear Station, a neighborhood in Bald Head Island. Kent Mitchell Nature Trail and The Clubs at St. James are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Caswell Beach and Bald Head Island Conservancy.   • Summertime is high season in Bald Head Island. To book the largest vacation home within your budget, we recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants.
  • In the Carolina Beach area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental property six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property management companies typically offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected everything. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
