Unwind with the whole family and appreciate the beach! Recently constructed in 2023 this

duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths is sure to be your home away from home at

the beach!

Coral Cottage is completely outfitted with everything you need and more. The open

floor plan is ideal for entertaining and giving you the space to spread out

while also providing the space to come together to prepare, watch a movie or

relax on the balcony!

The ground level is where you find the first two bedrooms. The first room

hosts a twin over full bunk bed and the second hosts one Queen. There is a

full bathroom located down the hall plus a washer and dryer in the hall

closet. The Second floor is where you will find the master suite with a queen

size bed along with a half bath in the halfway. Off of the living room/kitchen

there is a balcony ideal for appreciating your morning coffee or evening

drink while feeling the ocean air!

The entirely enclosed outdoor shower is ideal for a nice rinse after a long

Beach day, with both hot and cold water.



The beach less than a 15 min. walk to a public beach access. There is plenty

to do within walking or cycling distance. A short ride to the board walk you

will find many options for dinning, shopping, nightlife and more. During the

summer the boardwalk offers a fair which has rides, snacks, and games for the

whole family to savor! Every Thursday nighttime there are fireworks on the beach

with live music(seasonal).

There is so much this area has to offer come see for yourself- you may never

want to leave!

Located in Carolina Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.

Finding the best rental home value:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To book the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a fantastic stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear about it.
