Take your next calming vacation at "Seabbatical" on Bald Head Island. This brand new 6 Bedroom 4.5 Bath home is located right in the Live Oaks of the Maritime Forest. This floor plan offers great space for the whole family. The downstairs has the living room, kitchen and sizable screened in porch. The master King bedroom is also downstairs with its own bathroom with a walk in shower and two enormous vanities. Upstairs has a king master with an on-suite bathroom then another 2 queen bedrooms with a shared bath and through the breezeway is a ideal kids living room/playroom along with two more bedrooms, one with two twin bunk beds and another with two twins with a shared bathroom. Live Oak trail is located in the middle of the island close to all of the great amenities including the maritime market and stores. Come "Sea" Us in our new home on Live Oak Trail!

Sticking to a spending plan:

• In the Carolina Beach area, The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Booking your rental property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
• June, July, and August are high season in the Carolina Beach area. To get the largest vacation home within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Carolina Beach attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction.
• Booking websites often offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance.
