It features a king-size bed, huge flatscreen tv, ample closet space, and a lavish ensuite bathroom that has an impressive tiled walk-in shower with jets and double vanity.

Heading downstairs, the first guest bedroom is on the left side of the hallway and features ocean vistas, a king-size bed, a flatscreen TV, and a door leading out to the lower balcony. The attached bathroom has a double vanity, ample cabinet space, and an extended walk-in shower with jets. This bedroom is connected to the next by a roomy Jack and Jill bathroom with extended vanity and a tiled tub/shower combination. The coastal-inspired theme is also found in the last bedroom, which features a queen size bed, flatscreen TV, and community vistas.

The ground level is just as awe-inspiring with its enormous private pool and ample seating — including a picnic table! Carolina Beach rental property booking tips and tricks:

Get the most from your budget:

  • In the Carolina Beach area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation rental up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
  • Summertime is high season in Oak Island. Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers frequently offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.
  • Look for your local visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local articles, visitors guides contain money saving offers on local restaurants, attractions, and tours.

Selecting the best rental:

  • Begin by choosing your trip dates and a budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and the bed configuration your group needs. Luxurious 2nd Row Home w\/ Private Pool, Elevator & Ocean Views has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rentals search.
  • Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is usually accessible on booking pages. If they are not listed, email the property owner before you reserve your home. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches.
  • Are you bringing the family pet? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Extra fees or may be applied to your contract.
  • If there's a particular Carolina Beach attraction you crave, browse properties that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
  • Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. Confirm all required amenities are included before reserving a rental

Have a fantastic stay:

  • Store the host's contact information in your smartphone.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, television set or washer/dryer. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent many problems.
  • Lock your rental property while you are out! Don't let burglars spoil your trip.
  • Make a record of any damages to the rental upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are valuable if damages are attributed to your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome vacationers bothering your home life. Employ the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and attractions you would've never otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed everything on check-out day. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your group have a terrific vacation? Most rental websites make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
