Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
  • In the Carolina Beach area, The sooner your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection.
