Lucky Old Sun has everything you need for the ideal beach stay!  Three stories of living space offers room for everybody. An in-home elevator provides convenient access to each level. A reversed floor plan, with the kitchen and main living area on the top floor accepts for great ocean vistas off the deck.  The first floor provides additional space with a second living room and wet bar.  Outdoor amenities include a tiki bar with mini-refrigerator, sink, TV and pool. The pool can be heated for an additional $125/day during the off season. Vistas can be found from every balcony front and back! The location provides painless access to the island stores and pier. The beach is an simple 5 min. walk. Come appreciate the best Sunset Beach has to offer!

This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be included at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.

• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.

During your stay:

• Take a copy of the host's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental home.
• Hosts are there to help! Feel free to ask questions during your stay.
• Lock your vacation home while you are out. Keep your property safe!
• To ensure that damages are not linked to your stay, note any problem areas during check in. E-mail the property manager immediately to relay your findings. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having the recorded problems and contact attempts will be very helpful.
