Upon returning from a day of fishing, swimming, or simply soaking up the sunshine, you'll be able to head inside to relax in the home's central air conditioning. Prepare your fresh catch in the full kitchen then serve your dinner guests at the dining table with seating for eight. In addition to everything that's available at this home, you can also savor access to a shared swimming pool during your stay.

This rental is only for the first level of a duplex. The upper level is not available to guests. The pool, dock, and exterior areas are considered shared spaces.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 2 cars.

Dock details: 30 ft dock/ 18 ft metal ramp/ 20’ x 12’ floating dock with metal cleats and space to park a boat trailer at the home
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Finding the best value:

Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
Summertime is high season in the Carolina Beach area. To get the best value, consider shifting your family's Carolina Beach vacation to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer great weather, , and greatly reduced traffic.
Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your family qualifies for a special rate.
