Upstairs, the loft area homes the king-sized bedroom, offering a roomy getaway with a sitting room adjacent to it, also equipped with a TV. The upstairs full bath includes a freshly installed five-foot walk-in shower for your comfort.
Outside, the property provides a hot and cold enclosed outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach or on the water. The canal-side porches, both covered and open, invite you to sit and appreciate the view of passing boats.
