  • Summer months are high season in the Carolina Beach area. To get the largest rental home within budget, we recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Carolina Beach restaurants, beaches, and activities.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
  • Booking websites often offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance protection.
