Stroll through history 3 blocks to get to the River Walk & downtown. 20 min drive to beach. Blocks from many wedding venues, Brooklyn Arts District, Convention Center, Microbreweries, wine bars and Local art galleries. Downstairs is decorated with modern mid century fresh furnishings. My fav: Imported Teak root dining table. Unwind on front porch and feel at home! Each bedroom has a super comfortable queen. Air beds and cots also available if you need. 24/7 access to myself and my assistant. We do things the right way! Full kitchen supplied with pots pans and silverware. Drip coffee machine and Keurig supplied with tons of pods. High quality sheets and linens galore.

Get the most from your budget:

  • Summer is the most expensive season in coastal NC. To get the best value, consider shifting your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer pleasant temperatures, , and reduced traffic.   • Keep your rental home locked while you are away! Don't let thieves ruin your family vacation.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent reviews to propel new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review.
