“Always Ride The Wave” is a freshly decorated, newly furnished two bedroom / two bath condo located in Royal James with its own private community pool, outdoor shower and BBQ area. The elegantly modernized kitchen is completely outfitted for all your cooking desires. The master suite contains a King size bed with a private bathroom that includes a tub/shower combo. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a bath containing a tub / shower combo. This condo has an in unit laundry closet plus both bedrooms have TV's in them. A pull out couch is in the living room for additional guests. There are two refreshed furnished balconies both accessible from each bedroom or main living area. The back balcony has a golf course view with ambient lighting while the front one looks over the pool. They are ideal for outdoor dining, your morning coffee or your afternoon drink  We also include a brand new 4 passenger golf cart for your Island cruising, wifi, 4 bicycles and a temporary lifestyle membership to the BHI Club and Shoals. The memberships are an additional fee purchased directly through the clubs.

About the Area

Located in Bald Head Island, this condo is near the beach. Smith Island Museum of History and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.

You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean?   • Walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
