As you enter the entryway you are led up a flight of stairs to the main living area. Elegant wood floors span the great room. The open and airy floor plan creates a fabulous family ambiance and creates a space that everybody can share. A roomy horseshoe kitchen complete with a sizable farmhouse sink, refreshed appliances, and granite countertops will surely please the family chef. The kitchen peninsula offers additional seating and overlooks the living area so you can keep an eye on the little ones, and you prepare meals. There is an additional dining table so that family meals can be adored together. The living room is a great place to host family game nighttime or relax with your favorite show. Larger families will savor that the couch can be converted into a queen-size bed. Pull up a chair on the deck and watch all the action – joggers, cyclists, motorists and more! Hours of people watching make it entertaining to kick back with your favorite ice-cold drink.

Just off the kitchen is a queen-sized guest bedroom. There is an adjoining bathroom that is shared with the main hall so that this bathroom can conveniently service visitors or the guest bedroom. The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, private ensuite bathroom, and its very own deck with partial sound vistas. There is a full washer and dryer in the hallway for max. convenience.
