Jon's Cottage- A STUNNING oceanfront duplex constructed in 2024, enjoy the private beach access & open concept living...all of this and more here at Jon’s Cottage in Carolina Beach. With 4 bedrooms and 3 spa-like bathrooms there is plenty of room for your family vacation.
Open kitchen & living room with a wall of windows provides scenic ocean views to be enjoyed by all. This custom kitchen is complete with high end stainless steel appliances, bright white cabinets and plenty of beautiful counter space for the cooks in the family. A dining table that seats 6 plus 3 bar height stools provide ample seating for everyone to enjoy a meal together or grab a quick snack. There’s room for all to play games, watch tv, cook, and spend family time together.
At the end of your day, enjoy the Oceanfront Primary King bedroom as the waves lull you to rest. Indulge yourself in the spa feel of the ensuite custom bathroom with walk in shower and garden tub. The secondary Queen bedroom has a lovely private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2 other guest rooms each have a Queen bed & share a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower. A roll-away is on hand if a separate sleeping space is needed in addition to the queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need. Linens are proffessionaly laundered, hygienically sanitized, ironed and folded, wrapped in laundry film and placed at the foot of the bed.
