Upstairs two bedrooms give striking vistas of the water. Downstairs, the bedroom canal side is a comfortable spot to wake up to coffee. An outdoor table and couches on the canal side awaits to savor your morning coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, happy-hour under the cool covered porches with canal vistas and sunsets. View from afar sailboats and barges traveling the intercoastal waterway. A short walk away from the pier, beach access, and shopping. Boat dock available.

• Inspect the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
