This island home will be your new heaven away from home! Located on South Shore Drive, this handsome beach rental is conveniently located near the bridge, local eateries, the Holden Beach park/splash pad, and the stage for the summer concert series!

You can experience all the island has to offer with ocean breezes, waterway vistas, and a private and fenced getaway in the backyard. Complete with a private swimming pool (open Easter through October), tiki bar, gas grille, tons of room to play, and a hot tub for those chillier days and nights.

Inside this Hobbs Intelligent Home, you will find 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an inverted floor plan, tons of natural light, and tons of space to relax. The primary bedroom is roomy and private with an additional sunroom area to relax. The kitchen (includes CrockPot, Keurig, Ninja blender, and food processor), living room, and dining area are on the top floor to maximize the vistas of the island. Appreciate preparing your favorite seafood meal or order Door Dash and watch a movie on the huge flat-screen living room TV. Occupancy is limited to 12.

Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

You can choose from a range of items including bicycles, kayaks, paddleboards, body boards, and more. All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for complimentary, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.

• June, July, and August are high season in the Carolina Beach area. To get the largest vacation home within your budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses.
