Inside is the original pine walls, ceiling and floor. Front wrap around porch welcomes you to the entry to the home. There is new furnishings throughout the home, making it an ideal getaway for a family visit to Wrightsville Beach. The first level features a cavernous open living area with TV, a dining space that flows into the kitchen with painless porch access via sliding glass doors, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's a ideal spot for relaxation and socializing. The residence features central heating/AC, complimentary Wi-Fi, a entirely equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a traditional coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, and a french door refrigerator with an ice maker. The backstairs provide convenient access to the unit, complemented by a front-loading washer and dryer. The top-level offers (2) Queen bedrooms & (1) Full bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Located within walking distance of Johny Mercer Pier, eateries, the channel, and shopping, this prime corner location is roughly 100 yards from the ocean, offering direct beach and channel access.
