Our first floor unit is located in Sunset Village which is surrounded by Sandpiper Bay’s award winning 27 hole Country Club! There are also over 30 public golf courses within 20 miles.

We comfortably sleep 5-6 guests & only 10 mins. from Amazing Sunset Beach & short ride to both Ocean Isle Beach & North Myrtle Beach.

The master bedroom features a King bed that can be converted to 2 twin beds if needed,
Flat screen Television humongous walk-in closet, a private bathroom, and access to the screened patio.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and flat screen TV & sizable closet.
The kitchen is entirely equipped with all major and modest appliances including a dishwasher and full-size washer/dryer.
The living area includes a 42” flat screen cable TV, plenty of board games, The couch converts to a Queen size sleeper, Grand sliding doors provide access to a private, screened patio complete with Bistro set & rocking chair which overlooks a pond to appreciate your morning coffee or evening beverages.

When to book & When to go:

  • To find the best rental within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at Carolina Beach restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.   • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are away, just like you would at home.
  • When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a wonderful vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
