The Bungalow offers you a fresh, comfortable home away from home. You will find everything you need for a cozy stay offering all that the Cargo District, downtown Wilmington, and the area beaches have to offer. You can quickly walk or ride to award-winning eateries, concert venues, river walks, historic landmarks, shopping, and beaches. Or, relax at home on the welcoming front porch, in the modernized living area, or cooking in the cavernous kitchen.

THE SPACE/FLOW:

After being greeted by the upsized porch, you will walk into a bright, inviting open concept living space. First, a calming living area that offers a enormous couch and flows seamlessly into an upsized dining area. The dining table sits 6 adults comfortably.

The handsomely updated kitchen is ideal for home chefs. It features new white shaker cabinets, a sizable working island, stainless steel appliances, a roomy pantry, and a coffee/tee station. A separate laundry room provides a new washer and dryer.
