Summary:
Beach Life is better at Beach Bodega. This handsome BRAND-NEW beach home is the ideal spot for your next family vacation! Steps from the beach and centrally located in your new favorite beach town, Carolina Beach. Once you arrive, you will see there is parking for 2 cars in tandem. As you enter the front door, you will be greeted with an open floor plan with the living room, dining and kitchen flanked with 2 cozy porches so you can savor the salt air.

The Space:
Main living area has a Intelligent Streaming Tv, plenty of comfortable seating and a ½ bath. The kitchen is completely equipped with top-of-the-line appliances plus you will have everything you need with dishes, pots/pans, baking sheets, coffee maker, etc. Appreciate meals together at the dining table and additional seats at the kitchen island.  
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry. The primary suite with its huge closet and king size bed features an ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks, plenty of storage and bespoke shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a enormous double sink bathroom with the third bedroom. Bedroom 3 has a twin over full bunk bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.  There are Tvs in every bedroom.

Guest Access:
There is parking for Two cars in tandem under the carport. Absolutely no parking on the grass.

The Neighborhood:
There is a marvelous pool shared just between the modest townhouse community, as well as a PICKLE BALL COURT!!

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.

When to book & When to go:

• In the Carolina Beach area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation home six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
• Summer time is high season in Carolina Beach. To get the best rental within budget, we recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
• Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. • Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent reviews to compel future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
